He has lived in Bend for over 20 years, and is a foodie influencer on Instagram as @thebendfoodie , and also runs the popular Facebook group; Bend Foodies. He has written for numerous publications over the years, including; The Source Weekly, Bend Magazine, Issue Magazine, and currently for Central Oregon based; Desert Current. My dining companion and I arrived at the restaurant for an evening dinner service with eager anticipation. We spent the week leading up to our outing studying the menu, and binging on food-porn-pics from their social media pages. We were just a bit giddy with anticipation.
Our Thai Iced Coffees arrived first, a beautiful burnt orange, dark brown, and creamy in appearance. A moderate sweetness balanced well with the tea. It was smooth, creamy and proved to be a nice pairing with the chicken wings that arrived soon after.
