If you’ve spent any time in Redmond, you already know Junction Roastery. It’s one of those places that feels rooted — part coffeehouse, part community space, built around quality and consistency. Their espresso is always dialed in, their staff genuinely friendly, and the space has that lived-in warmth that makes you want to stay for a while.
Now, Junction has officially expanded into Bend with a brand-new location on the east side, inside a growing development in SE Bend (Midway Campus) that’s still coming to life. And even though everything around it is new construction, Junction already feels settled — like it belongs here.

Same Craft, New Space
Walking inside, the first thing you notice is the light. Tall windows flood the room, highlighting the mix of industrial textures, clean lines, and open seating. It’s familiar if you’ve been to the Redmond shop, but it definitely has its own character.
I ordered my usual macchiato — the same drink I’ve had dozens of times in Redmond — and it was spot on. Rich, balanced, and smooth, with that Junction flavor that tells you they take their roasting seriously. The photos I grabbed show both drinks side-by-side, served in two different locations but carrying the same quality that makes Junction… well, Junction.

A Reliable Third Place
What I appreciate most is that they didn’t just replicate the Redmond shop. They expanded the brand. This new Bend location has more natural light, more room to spread out, and a layout that makes it perfect for work sessions, quiet mornings with a book, or quick meetings.
The staff brings the same welcoming energy you get in Redmond — the kind that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time through the door.

A Strong Addition to Bend’s Coffee Scene
With Bend’s east side continuing to grow, this new Junction location feels like it arrived at the perfect moment. It’s bright, inviting, and instantly comfortable. A place that fits the neighborhood and elevates it at the same time.
If you’re looking for a new go-to spot, or if you already love their Redmond shop and want that same quality closer to home, this is one worth checking out.
Junction Roastery is officially a two-town staple — and Bend just scored a good one.
