If you are a fan of breakfast burritos as I am and have a few favorites already, by all means, share them with me and I will be happy to feature there at some point. But to kick things off, we have to start with the place that has quickly made a name for itself as the Boss of the Sauce, serving nothing but breakfast burritos: a bright yellow food truck on NW Greenwood called Burrito Sunrise.
My dining companion and I arrived at the restaurant for an evening dinner service with eager anticipation. We spent the week leading up to our outing studying the menu, and binging on food-porn-pics from their social media pages. We were just a bit giddy with anticipation.
Our Thai Iced Coffees arrived first, a beautiful burnt orange, dark brown, and creamy in appearance. A moderate sweetness balanced well with the tea. It was smooth, creamy and proved to be a nice pairing with the chicken wings that arrived soon after.
